My Journey

I was a fairly healthy and busy mom of two, until a regular physical revealed that I had an underperforming thyroid, was hypertensive, pre-diabetic and overweight. Overnight I found myself going from healthy to being a storehouse of lifestyle diseases. This made me sit up and reflect that unless I did something to reverse this trend, I would spend the rest of my life in misery as all these diseases would progressively get worse…
